An unsolved problem in mathematics (one of David Hilbert’s 23 outstanding problems for the 20th century) was the Riemann Hypothesis, which relates the density of the Prime numbers to the zeros of the Zeta function, which is a recursive & oscillating extension of the above gamma function.
